Screwtape and The Politics of Discipleship

The theater production of The Screwtape Letters with Max McLean is touring the nation, and it looks brilliant.

The show will be stopping in Grand Rapids on June the 23rd, and I will be attending as “press” to write a review for the blog.

Also coming to Grand Rapids “Thinking Christianity in the Present-Tense: The Politics of Discipleship”, the Inaugural Spring Conference of Cornerstone’s Society for Philosophy.

I am quite excited about this event. It is being organized by two friends from Baker, and will feature speakers like James K. A. Smith, Lee C. Camp, and J. Matthew Bonzo. You can find more information here, and look over the call for papers here.

Still deciding if my schedule will allow me to present a paper of my own, but I’m hoping to attend and am quite looking forward to the discussions I’m sure will be sparked by this conference.
